PERSONAL TRAINING (1 ON 1) - $60-$100
  • $60 per session (30min) with SigFit Coach
  • $100 per session (45 min) with SigFit Body Transformation Coach
  • Full Nutritional Framework set, for sessions with SigFit Transformation Coach
  • Discounts available for 2 on 1
  • Includes 2 sweat sessions a week

 

 

 

MEMBER SELF-TRAINING - $29
  • Full use of gym facilities outside of the group times
  • Programming for you updated every 6 weeks with a SigFit Coach
  • Basic nutritional advice
  • Strength testing at regular periods
