How Do I Sign Up?
This is the easy part. All you need to do is book in a free fitness consultation at SigFit. Here we will go through you goals, previous training history, current nutrition and go through a body composition test. By doing this it allows us to prescribe to you the best training for you, set an expected time frame to hit your goals, and go through our relevant membership packages. But it’s also a chance for you to get to know us, find out what SigFit is all about, put a face to the name, and realise that we aren’t your ordinary gym, were much much more then that.
What Is Your Cancellation Policy?
When we sit down with you in one of our free fitness consultations, we track the time it will take for you to hit your goals. We then ask you to make that time a commitment to us. For example if it will take 20 weeks to hit your goal, then we get you to commit to SigFit for that time. No long term contracts, no exorbitant start up costs to get training, just a commitment to hit your goal in that time frame.
